Questions we get asked

Cost, timeline, who owns the data, and what happens after go-live. If yours is not here, WhatsApp us and ask.

What does Mimo Solutions do?

Mimo Solutions builds modular business systems for Malaysian SMEs — WhatsApp ordering and payment automation, CRM with an AI chatbot, email order automation, stocktake, KPI dashboards, attendance, websites, hosting and fleet telematics. You pick the modules you need, and each one is built around the way your business already works.

How much does it cost to get started?

Entry point is from RM 1,000 for web and email hosting. Most single modules are a one-time RM 3,000 to RM 5,000. Modules priced "from" depend on scope, and we confirm the final figure after looking at your actual workflow.

Do you charge a monthly fee per user?

No. Mimo charges a one-time implementation fee — there is no per-user monthly SaaS subscription, so adding staff does not increase what you pay. Ongoing maintenance depends on the module and is stated in your quote.

Can I start with one module and add more later?

Yes — that is how most clients start. Each module works on its own, so you can begin with the one that hurts most and stack others as you grow. Our ERP is priced the same way: whichever modules you pick, added up.

How long does a typical project take?

A single module is usually 2 to 4 weeks from confirmation to go-live. Larger or multi-module projects go in stages, and every stage is usable before the next one starts. We only put a date in writing after we have seen your actual workflow.

What happens after the system goes live?

We train your team at handover and our local team stays on standby for updates and help. Ongoing maintenance depends on which modules you run, and the arrangement is set out in your quote rather than added afterwards.

Do you work with companies outside Kuala Lumpur?

Yes. Our clients include Green Honey, a Borneo honey brand in East Malaysia, and Durian Lab, a durian consortium exporting to China, Hong Kong, Australia and Indonesia. Most of the work is done remotely, with WhatsApp and video calls as the day-to-day channel.

Can the system connect to WhatsApp, payments or my existing software?

Yes. WhatsApp runs on the official Meta Cloud API, payment integration covers Stripe and DuitNow QR, and email order automation reads PDFs, scans, handwriting and orders written in the message body. For other systems we check what they actually expose before quoting, rather than promising an integration that may not exist.

Who owns the system and the data?

You do. Every cloud account is opened in your company's name and we are added as collaborators, not owners. The source code sits in your own repository, you can export your data any time, and removing us does not stop the system running.

Is Mimo Solutions a registered company?

Yes. Mimo Solutions is registered in Malaysia with SSM registration number 202603157683 and is based in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. Our client projects are listed with live links, so you can check the work yourself.

Still not sure where to start?

Tell us the one part of your business that leaks the most money. We will tell you which module fixes it — or that none of them does.
